Distraction episodes are fun, don’t worry about doing whatever catches your interest! I might work on the village area first, it’s the portal area where people enter, so the first impression of the base can be pink and magical.

The Soup Group are going to need to have a meeting soon to discuss the war and what role they will play in it.

I love that we saw Gem getting the sniffer plant achievement in Cub's video and then see Gem reacting to Cub's skewering in her video.

Mojang saw how pretty Gem's base was with the cherry tree and decided they were gonna give her more of it.

You could combine finishing up the village and adding the custom trees with adding more lamp posts. They are part of the paths and the paths technically are part of the village

Hermits Helping Hermits is the best, Joe and Cleo are totally MVP in the pink episode.

Gem for the next episode I would love if you decided to go add to the village so it could look completed and of course more pink!

The base is so aesthetic and pretty, the update made it look a lot better! 💮🌸

The sound of cherry blocks being placed is so satisfying. Like the colour of course is lovely and it brings a much neglected colour, but the block placing sound is such a great one. I love how the new blocks worked their way into the build, especially in such little detail ways such as the bookshelves and the lampposts. This episode was definitely worth the wait, it's fun to see you having fun!

I have an idea.
How about you add some mushrooms that made of crimson and warped leaves/block around your base, I think it can blend so well with the cherry trees.

I had a feeling all the time that one of the Hermit would go crazy about the pink blocks. Scar only likes the petals. Keralis just "ok", Pearl rather likes the sniffer (everybody loves it) and Gem went all over the top🤣

One thing I love is that whenever it comes to details, Gem always gets creative in almost any way!

I really hope that season 9 goes on at least as long as season 6. Season 8 felt wayyyyyy too short.

I think you should definitely go on an adventure to find black bunnies since they commonly spawn in cherry groves. I also think it'd be so cute and wholesome to make statues of the soup group next to each other!

Hi Gem! love your vids❤ quick suggestion: if youd like the idea you could move your enchanting table to more like a restricted looking section of the library you could surrond the area with iron bars to really give that look but not like a cell tho, and dark prismarine, amethyst, quartz,black stone or deepslate could be a nice block palete and if you like to get the particle effect just scatter some cherry leaves or spore blossoms! if youd give it a try it could turn out well

I would love to see the rest of the village transformed and the outside of your base really become a full immersive experience.

Great episode as always. I would love to see more of the village transformation. I feel like putting in some retaining walls to bring a bit more of the base colors down to the village would help it look more cohesive overall. Also the sniffer nest was absolutely adorable!

Gem has definitely become my favorite youtuber recently. One of the reasons I stopped playing Minecraft was the fact that I was never much for finishing the game and building giant farms. So following someone with a similar style really motivated me to get back into the game.
she also taught me that a mending bow is a much more interesting investment 😅

Gem, for the next episode, i would love to see some interior decorating. Though the exterior is important, i feel it can wait as it has plenty of details. Your elven palace has to be suited for a queen AKA geminislay. I feel you could have plenty of fun finding what to add, examples, study, meeting room, and disco.

i love the way that you go at building. it’s easy to complete a build or a part of a build and say ‘okay, done with that!’ but it feels like you’re always thinking of new ways to improve on the things that you already have and it really helps get that magic into the builds

i think it'd be really nice to see more of the eleven palace's interior! i'm excited to see how you decide fill the spaces & what purpose you give to each room; on the topic of the main base, since you've said it was your plan to anyway, i think it'd be great to see the base of the tree receive that grassy base with water cascading down since that would make more sense over the way it currently is

This episode? This type of content is the reason I watch Hermitcraft. Not even joking. The big events are great, but just something like this, seeing the base details come together as a group effort with the help from Cleo (in both the tree and the armor stands) and Joe, and just watching someone this enthusiastic about the new stuff... it's so great

I absolutely LOVE it when Gem builds in villages! Also, if you decide to do the village please can we see a proper library with chiseled bookshelves for the librarians, and any enchanted books you get from them that you're not gonna use right away, you can put in the bookshelves, maybe in seperate sections, and it could even be a shop too, with hanging signs above each section stating the prices! But if you do the castle, in the library please make a secret entrance to something with the chiseled bookshelves and redstone! Sorry if this seems like too much, but I LOVE hermitcraft! So happy to finally see another hermitcraft vid!

I'll love whatever you choose to do Gem, but I'm especially excited for doing up the village. I've seen a lot of mega bases, and truthfully I'll probably never get tired of seeing the same thing over and over again, but the thing you do where you put just as much love into the little builds is one of the things I really enjoy about watching you specifically.

Green and pink have always struck me as Gem's colours since I first started watching, I think the latter will get used a lot more with this update lol (also personally I would like to see some more work in the village, but I'll enjoy whatever you choose to do!!)

I'd love to see you do the interior of your base! Of course, I'd love to see you do both, but if I had to pick one I think I would prefer to see more interior work. I think something that would be really cool would be armor stands on the interior, just simple ones using the preset poses, to help it feel even more immersive and fun
