love how the vibe is basically neopolitan icecream, vanilla is birch, cherry wood is strawberry, and dark oak is chocolate. it's so aesthetically pleasing! always love your videos gem :]
Oh my gosh!!!
Omg! I just commented that too ❤️❤️
I realized this on ep 1😅
It's so cute I love it

ITS SO CUT i made a cabin in another world but im gonna re-build it 😁
Dear Gem,
Calcium is very good (and kind of necessary) for tomato plants. My family saves eggshells that we use, toast them up in the oven, and crush them down to give to the tomatoes. If that sounds like too much work, I'm sure you can find some online. We also give them old milk that we don't want to drink in a watering can. These are just little tips to keep your plants going strong. Have fun!!!
Also feeding your plants Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi can help them grow. Something about the ingredients in the soda.
Also you probably already have these but tomato cages are a necessity
@@jacofalltrades8733 But don't use those cheap conical ones. They have no strength at all and just bend out of shape. Get decent ones that are more vertical.
@@NezumiWorks yeah forget to mention that
My family used to grow tomatoes, our tomatoes were so productive they filled up our fridge ( they were the mini ones )
12:50 I love how Gem said that she made it villager safe and at the same time 2 villagers jumped of the stairs and landed on the beds which protecting them from the fall demage.
Was that on purpose?😂
I know right. I found it funny 😂😂

Grow the tomatoes with basil to keep away bugs (the basil smell is strong and they don't like it)
Man i ADORE that lil enchanting gazebo!! The cherry logs and the crimson looks SOOO GOOD TOGETHER
one of my my favorite things gem does is when she spins/circles her cursor when she enchants to see what she gets. it’s so cute :((
From one gardener to another, tomato plants need lots of sun and Google says not to water them too often, but trust your gut and watch your plant. They are each different. Also as your plant gets bigger you are going to want to take a dowel or a stick and tie your tomato plant to it to keep it upright. Tomato plants struggle to support themselves. Also be patient with yourself. Good luck! Also loving the videos!
I use twist ties to hold my plants against the pole, can always move them super easy and readjust them as the plants grows, and the twist ties withstand rain weather really well!
@@psychoticnarcotics6350 Definitely and that way it doesn't damage the plant as well. You could also use strips of an old pantyhose or whatever you call it there. We call them stockings
@@psychoticnarcotics6350 my dad and i do the same! our tomato plants got HUGE last year because we gave them a lot more vertical space than previous years. usually we give our tomatoes their own separated section of the garden so they can just go crazy :)
Vertical growing is great for cucumbers as well. They grow super well upwards and having the poles to use their vines on stops them from choking their neighbours.
And don't forget to remove some of the bigger leaves to allow more light into the tomatoes, don't forget to feed the plants with tomato feed..That way you'll get some really good crops.. Support the plant as they get bigger and hope for the best...Good luck they really do taste and smell amazing..
I love hoe Gem never goes too far with anything. She never pushes anything like subscribing and makes videos in a lovely vibe. I love this channel and its content simply because of it nature, vibe, and Gem. She is so good at making videos and loves making sure all of her videos are absolutely astonishing! The first ever video I watched was from 5 years ago, I've watched every single video since. I love you Gem!!!
Omg I just realised that 5yrs ago was 2018! Pls tell me I’m not the only one
lol me too! @@M1kadoesedits
I've been rewatching the first hardcore series in celebration of this new one, and I can't believe how much Gem has progressed in her Minecraft skills. Second episode and going for diamonds! There's such a difference and I'm so proud of her. As fun as it is to play slowly and enjoy that beginning game (as we all know she loves), it's really cool to see her confidence in herself grow.
I garden too, one tip is to companion plant tomatoes with basil and marigolds. Doing so will prevent pests and they will all thrive off of each other. Also, pull off the little branches towards the soil because they are called "suckers" and they suck up all the energy therefore making tomato production less effective. Hope this helps!
I was very excited to share some tomato tips with you! I'm actually studying horticulture at University right now, so this is right up my alley! Tomatoes are going to need a strong trellis, try and set up wooden stakes with string (they usually sell tomato twine at hardware stores, and don't use fishing wire as it will wound the stems. Regular twine works just fine as well!) if you have multiple plants in a row - that's the best way to hold them up. You want to put your first string when the plant isn't able to hold itself up or it starts to lodge over; you want them to stand up straight and not touch the ground to avoid diseases and pests. Once they grow above the last string you placed, put another string (around every 6 inches or so). If they're heirloom tomatoes, they're going to be very vigorous and you're probably going to have to prune them back every once in a while or else they'll take over the whole garden. Heirloom tomatoes also have a tendency to have large clusters of flowers, meaning they'll produce smaller fruit really close together and makes the tomatoes rub against each other, which promotes wounding and splitting (aka not good). I would suggest keeping flower clusters to 4-5 at the maximum, cherry tomatoes and slicing tomatoes are bred to have this and you won't need to thin them out. That will make sure you get good sized tomatoes and good quality. Also, you might get sticky black gunk all over your fingers if you're working on them for a while - that's normal! It's just the pollen and it's all over the plant. Also, you can absolutely let tomatoes ripen on the vine (some people say they taste better that way) but you can also pick them off when they're still hard and green and they'll continue to ripen off the vine (this is called climacteric fruits, and it's how we get tomatoes across the country from California and bananas from South America perfectly ripe! They're usually harvested when they're rock solid and bright green). And try not to leave tomatoes on the plant when they're ripe when it's going to rain - this causes the tomatoes to split and then they're no good, and it also promotes diseases and pests (like mold, cucumber beetles, powdery mildew, etc.). Calcium is also really important for tomatoes because it helps to grow the skin of the fruit. Calcium deficiency causes blossom end rot, which is yucky and not fun. Most potting soils will have a good amount of calcium in it, but grinding eggshells and mixing them into the soil will certainly do the trick to avoid blossom end rot. Also, watch out for tomato horn worms - they can easily destroy an entire plant easily. Sorry, I kind of rambled here, I'm just a giant plant dork :) Peppers are also one of my favorite things ever so if you need tips for those, I'd be happy to share! - Hope this helps and good luck with your little garden! I could rant on and on about the cucumbers as well, but I'll save you haha. Love your videos!
I'm growing cucumbers and would love an info dump from you if you have the time, energy, and desire! Thanks for sharing so many tidbits on tomatoes :)
@@neurodivergentlily Of course, plants are my favorite!! So, with cucumbers, they are a naturally vining plant (unlike tomatoes) so they are going to need a tall trellis - some varieties can get up to around 5-6 feet tall. People also let cucumbers to vine horizontally along the ground, but I don't recommend this because it makes the plants more susceptible to disease and pests and when cucumbers start to grow, it makes them susceptible to disease and mold (especially when the soil is damp). You can usually let the cucumbers grow for a little while until you need to start training them on a trellis, but vines can get messy very easily so make sure they aren't wrapping around each other because that can suffocate the plant. It also makes it a million times easier to harvest and see the fruit in general, as when it's grown without a trellis, you have to pick the vines up to try and find the cucumbers and it's a pain. I would maybe use something a little stronger than wooden stakes (use metal if you have it) because when the cucumbers start to come in, they're very heavy and hard to hold up. You can also use twine to trellis them like tomatoes, or having some sort of mesh/fencing pattern would also be good. I would say putting a new string every 4 inches should be adequate to make sure the apical tendril will be able to reach from the previous one. Sometimes when the vines are young, you have to use clips to make sure they're being trained on the trellis the way you want them - make sure they're growing generally upwards. Pickling cucumbers will be a bit smaller, so wooden stakes to hold them up will be fine, maybe a new stake every two or three plants. Slicing cucumbers will be much heavier and will most likely need a new wooden stake every two plants or between each plant if you have enough room (you can probably do every three plants with metal stakes. Most cucumbers will start out growing with black spikes on them, and the best way to know when they've reached a good size is if the skin is relatively smooth and/or the black spikes come off when you slide your hand across it. They'll also be a good cylindrical shape - before cucumbers are ripe, they tend to be sunken in on the sides a little bit. If you're going for pickling cucumbers, feel free to pick them off when they're at the size you want, but most pickling varieties will grow to a dwarfed size (except for gherkin pickling cucumbers - those are literally just un-fully-ripened pickling cucumbers so you can pick them off whenever you want). Also, I forgot to say this for the tomatoes, but only water once the soil surface and first few inches get dry. This will prevent mold, weeds, diseases, fungal gnats, rotting, etc. And make sure to put them up on a trellis before they get to big as they're a pain to untangle - trust me, I've had PAINFUL days at work doing that and wanting to just rip the whole plant out haha. Watch out for cucumber beetles when the plants are young because it can really destroy the foliage, but they don't make much of an impact once the plant it already mature. I once again rambled, but I hope this helps a bit!
@@jessicasutter5246 omg you just answered so many questions I've had about my cucumbers THANK YOU
I got a cabbage looper in my garden, unfortunately, so it's been getting at all my plants lately, but i see my issue is that everything is on the ground, where the plants can be easily reached! Then, we can't forget the fact that my metal... I don't think it's a trellis, but it's a metal garden stand for vining plants.... And since i live in Florida, metal gets to be really hot, so that's probably killing my plants too. THANK YOU!!!! YOURE AWESOME
@@neurodivergentlily No problem! Happy to share knowledge always 😁
Hey Gem! I've had tomatoes in my garden almost every year and here's my advice:
Keep the tomatoes in their own box, pot, or however you are growing them, keep them far away from other plants so they feel like they have space to grow.
Miracle grow has helped my plants grow a lot faster and better so if you want to buy some it will help.
I have a net over my tomatoes because in previous years, birds, bugs, and even DEER got into my tomatoes so I recommend getting one based on where you live.
Almost forgot this, I buy supportive sticks to help my tomatoes because they have a hard time staying up straight by themselves.
Hope this helps! Love u🥰
For tomato advice, ask Doc! He has said he grows a huge variety of tomatoes and could be a great resource.
I was gonna suggest this, but I guessed that someone had already posted it lol.
Yes, for advice on tomatoes, ask Doc. He also grows loads of other stuff, but tomato plants seem to be his main thing
He's something of a tomato expert
You should use doc's tomato resource pack! The slimes as lil tomatoes is great!
Near the start of the video I clicked on the comments, and was very confused as to why all the comments were about tomato farming, lol 😅
Honestly, the "starter build palette" can give an area character! It helps you remember different eras of your world's history, and gives visual contrast as you travel from place to place. I actually prefer to progress from one palette to another, maybe incorporating one or two components of the previous palette to add cohesion. It gives story to my world : )
This was such a good episode! the amount you got done was staggering, but so satisfying to watch. I love the pink and purple vibes you've gone for, especially in the enchanting area they come together so well. And you're right about the gradient between magenta wood and the cherry bark. I wish there was a light green wood and a white wood in the game, because they could have made for such great potential compliments to the pink cherry wood, and made for interesting combinations! The village is coming together beautifully, I always love to see the way you transform villages and the way you work with and around villagers, you're like the villager whisperer! xD
It's so fun to see how much gem has improved since her first hard-core series! While she played super safe in her first one, she's taking an bastion in episode too in her current one!
Hi Gem! I love your videos, I’ve been struggling a lot with my life for awhile , and you always manage to make things a bit easier for me. I love the theme of this village, it’s giving a lot of ice cream vibes! Make sure your tomatoes get a lot of sunlight, tomatoes are the happiest when they get lots of sun, plant them in a bright spot that doesn’t get too much shade! Watering them consistently will also help, though don’t overwater them, make sure if you’re using pots that the water drains through the soil. Tomatoes aren’t very needy, but you can prune them, removing the smaller stems, dead, and damaged leaves helps them grow nice and healthy. I hope this helps even just a little. Thank you, Gem.
Make sure to check the lava in the armory!!! It’s going to burn down the house because there’s so much wood around it. You should fully encase the lava in stone. 5:37
She probs has fire tick off, if it was gonna burn it would have already!
Hey yall basic courtesy reminder here: no seed spoilers! If you use the seed, great! But don't give coordinates for biomes/structures or "hints" for where stuff is. Some of us like the mystery :D
Hi gem! My father works with tomato plants, i can give u some tips! They prefer a lot of sunshine and water, and when they start growing tomato's, the branches snap, you can make a little stick to hold it, the plant can't hold the weight of the tomato's :) I hope it helps!
Stoked to see the village coming along! Admittedly I was a bit worried that the nether wood might clash with the cherry (colour theory and all that, red and pink are not complementary colours), but I was pleasantly surprised to see the planks take on more of a burgundy which does, as you said make a nice gradient on the enchanting gazebo.
Those new bookshelves are one of my favourite items in the game right now! Recently I made a traditional Japansese cherry blossom/sand garden where I had my enchanting station, I think a garden like that would really suit this village.
I also wonder if you could use the brand new bamboo planks? I think that beautiful green color would go great with the cherry wood as well .❤️
I love how Gem is also getting into Tomato Gardening IRL just like Doc soon she'll have Tomato Gardens all over Minecraft worlds too
Also have to say my favorite block to combine with Cherry is Warped Wood the stripped logs Cyan Color looks so nice with the Pastel Pink
Can we all agree that gem makes or day twice as better 💓
diffidently
A tip for tomato gardens 🍅
Pick your tomato’s early or when they are still sort of green. Then let them sit on your counter to continue to ripen. This will help you get tomato’s without bugs. If you leave them outside until they get red then there is a bigger chance of bugs and rotting. 😊 hope that helped!
Love your channel btw❤
They're so much tastier when you let them ripen on the vine, though!
@@rfresa ya gotta choose one or the other though,
A; no bugs, more tomatoes, less tasty, or
B; more bugs, less edible tomatoes, more tasty.
Which one are you choosing?
Just use white wine vinegar with a little water in a spray bottle spray on unwanted aphids and bang the bugs are gone no nasty pesticide and beautifully tasting toms
Such an adorable house! I love the theme with the pink, crimson, and purple!
Here are some blocks that I think might go well with buildings:
Pink and purple concrete or concrete powder, great mix-in
Quartz blocks, like Quartz bricks or pillars, I think it would go well with the birch
MOSS!! Perfect for any greenery
Once you go to the End you should definitely get some purpur blocks
That's all I can think of right now, but I love how it's looking so far! Btw, I love your voice! It's very calming
I love how you explain what you did last episode from 0:24 to 0:30 then you explain what you need to do 0:30 to 0:40 you a great Minecraft KRclipr that is calm, starts things easy and kind because most Minecraft KRcliprs do crazy things and go all out the first day and are not vary calm. You are the best one I have seen. keep up the good work I wish I will post good content like you one day! 👍😁😊
imagine if flowers and mushrooms stacked together like the cherry petals do… and if all the leaves had little particles, too
a cottagecore builder’s dream, honestly
It makes me so excited to see a new hardcore series :] your last one is probably my favorite minecraft series on your whole channel, I often go back and rewatch it
I love the new series gem and it has really inspired me to build more in Minecraft ❤❤❤
Ps I love the style of building
Tomato growing tip: they aren't fussy plants, we get ours growing by just throwing whole tomatoes in the garden, and then they just grow on thier own! When they get bigger and start to fall over just use any old stick to prop them up!
I watched episode one for a few minutes and I was already addicted - this is amazing!!!
I always love your content since you make it so much more accessible. I'm a relative N00b at MC, only starting a year ago, and some creators get into jargon or "Jedi hand wave" too heavily. Your content is much easier to follow and understand. Makes me feel like I can do this without needing an AP level course.
Hi Gem! Your passion for Minecraft is contagious. Watching your videos gave me the confidence to share my own adventures. You're a true inspiration! 🥰
Hi Gem! If you put a certain amount of torches in between the enchanting table and the bookshelves, you will get level 24 enchants, this is usefull because the ods of getting feather falling IV on that level are one in three!! Love the series so far
The crimson+ cherry wood is a super smart palette pick! Will definitely be using now :)
I love how you can take a simple colour range and churn out delightful buildings.
Someone else did comment this but yes, Doc actually talked about growing tomatoes a lot and seemed happy to talk about it so he may be delighted to share tips with you.
My best tomato advice is to look into “companion planting” some flowers next to them! I always go for marigolds, which release a natural chemical or something that deters a common tomato pest
7:39 Gardening advice from a pro: For anyone who watches tik tok, my mother is Holly Graves, the gardener woman who just recently got her tonsils removed. She said, and it was very hard to understand, but she said,"3 good tips are making sure the bottom leaves aren't touching the ground, they like a lot of water, and make sure they are in full sun." Good luck Gem, hope your gardening goes well!
I love this! Please rebuild the fountain! It would look amazing, you could make a small market around it and have a villager meeting place like last time! I love you so much have a wonderful day
Love all your series. I rewatched your Skyblock episodes numerous times as I worked on my Skyblock world. Now watching this episode as I work on my 1.20 world. I love the cherry wood mix with birch. I'm mixing cherry with sandstone, very similar.
Tomato advice, talk to Docm77. He's really into growing tomatoes, different varieties and in different ways. He would love to share advice with a fellow Hermit I would imagine.
Such a cool series ❤️❤️✨✨
The background music brings back so many memories from your old hardcore series!! Love the beautiful colours. Beautiful and cosy aesthetic as always, love this series!!
~ i always love watching Gem's videos they are always super cute and i have a fun time watching them. Congratulations on all of the success! Keep up the great work Gem we love you! ~ ♥❤♥❤
For tomato gardening you might want to put in some small sorta "support pillars" for the tomato vines to wrap around, give them plenty of water every day and only pick the ripe tomatoes.
This isn’t tomato advice, but for the peppers, just make sure you you don’t let them stay outside too long because they will rot from the heat and sun. Pick the individual peppers off the plant as they finish growing and ripen and your plant will continue to grow peppers all throughout the season. Also, you might want to put a small rod or something next to the pepper plants in their early stages of development but you’ll be able to remove it when they grow a little bit because pepper plants will grow very thick and strong. And keep the seeds to replant them next year! 😊 7:38
Hey Gem! Love this new hardcore series! My parents LOVE to garden every year and we grow crops year round. They actually lived on a plantation for a year or two. Tomatoes being one of them and my favorite vegetable too. Some advice I can give for growing tomatoes is to have some sort of support for them when they get bigger. My parents have a "tomato cage" that is just a wire trellis around it so it can support the plant as it grows and climbs up. They also need a lot of sun from what I know.
Oh, for your tomatoes I recommend starting in a pot so you can keep an eye on them but wen they get bigger plant them in the ground and don’t water them every day. Water them every other day.
Tomato plant advice: when your plants grow to be at least 1- 1 1/2 feet tall take off the bottom most leaves (but not to many) this helps the plant focus more on the top leaves and fruit for nutrients and less in the ones that don't need it
Stripped crimson logs look amazing with the stripped
cherry wood
Be careful with tomatoes, in my experience they can spread like crazy and can choke out other plants. They also tend to pop up again year after year, even if you don’t want them to.
All I have for tomato planting tips are to make sure you plant them after the last frost (otherwise the plants tend to die when it gets too cold) and to have cages for them. You can just let them grow on the ground with the way they are vines, but giving something to grow up will make it easier to pick the tomatoes and prevent them from getting bottom rot from growing against the ground. The village is looking really cute also!
Tip for your tomatos pick the suckers of *the stems that grow in the middle of 2 other stems* It takes away energy from the main stem then the tomatos grow slower. also water near the stem if you water straight on to the leaves it can give the plant a disease *Late blight* rain water is fine it wont hurt also use a stick or theres cages for the tomatos to support them selves Good luck with your tomatos you also shoud give us updates on them in your communiy tab that woud be pretty cool but thats up to you
Yay Gem!!!! Love this series!!!🫶🏻🫶🏻✨
I know it's a lot to ask since you're already on 2 SMPS, but I do hope this ends up being a long term series
I love growing tomatoes with my family! One tip we have is to add lots of fertilizer, start growing early when you can, and always remember to water them. ☺I love your viseos Gem, Keep up the good work!
no one is getting bored of the birch wood and cherry blossom wood pallete. please use it as much as u want. it is so pretty.
I might suggest a plastic or metal pipe of some kind with small holes in the bottom for automatic watering so your tomatoes don't dry up. Makes monitoring them a less demanding task. Also, this series means more than you'd think to me because your first one inspired me to write a novel series. I can't wait for the next episode!
My mom has grown tomatoes in her garden for years and she tends to plant marigolds in between each plant. Not much of a gardener myself but I think it helps with soil quality and weed growth.
tysm for listening to my comment and giving us the seed!
this shows how she loves her fans and considers their requests and opinions
Hey Gem, working my way through a few of your playlists. You and a few others from the Empires SMP have inspired me to take the leap to start recording. Still waiting on my mic, but should be starting soon.
Tomato plants are prone to aphids, which are small bugs that make small bites in the plant to steal the sugar water from the plant. If you notice small little bugs on it, spray the plant with neem oil. Great natural bug deterrent, totally safe for animals and humans.
watching geminitay play minecraft is so satisfying 🙂
You gotta put a clock down in the mine so you know when to sleep then you won’t have to go back and forth. Also I would say try and challenge yourself and make an underground abandoned town or even just a a few structures to make the cave look less spooky.
That gazebo is the cutest! It gave me an idea for my realm’s lighthouse. I can’t wait to see where you take this series :)
I definitely have a tomato care tip for you: keep them from the rain and water them from below, aka water in the pot but not on the plant itself. Also putting water into the little dish under your drainable pot helps. Ours take each a liter of water a day when they are completely matured. They really need more water than you'd think.
That should help you to get a great harvest.
I think I've read everything else in the comment section already.
Thanks for the wonderful minespiration btw
I'm so excited for this series and your tomato updates!! My best advice for tomato's is to pick off the "suckers" of the plants (the shoots that form in the axils where side branches meet the stem) and tons of sun and water!! 🍅 ❤️
Love how gem makes many series at once she is so inspiring ❤❤
I love the theme of Gem's village so far:D and I don't mind if she changes it up! But so far this is very pretty!!
Yahoo! Thank you for the Seed!! really loving these episodes, you are making me want to try Minecraft again and push back the fear for past Rage Quit stress.
I really admire your buildings Gem and your palate look so good together 🥰❤️
Birch wood is now one of my favourite wood types bcs it goes along with cherry wood amazingly 🌸
Here is a gardening advice. Try growing Zucchini and make it into bread. The texture and flavor are wonderful. Tomatoes grow from a vine style plant, u can use wooden fences or some regular poles.
your buildings are gorgeous as always! diagonals are so difficult and i think you nailed it! i love the pastel aesthetic
hi gem! watching your videos always make my day a whole lot better especially after an exhausting day of school.
and as someone who likes pink a lot, the base looks really good and it's very refreshing to see you build with something that i rarely see someone use. i just really love the palette and the blocks that you used 💕
I'm obsessed with how freaking pretty everything is. You make it look so easy!! And WOW the crimson wood goes so well with the cherry logs, that dark purple color.
Taking on the bastion so soon was quite the move!!
I just saw your channel pop up a while ago, I'm obsessed. Really enjoyed watching this, and the double spawners are soooo cool!!!
this reminds me of her old hardcore series where she transformed the village and i loved that series and im loving this one, when i saw that series i became obsessed and i wanted to be just like you and ive just gotten back into watching you!
I have been playing Minecraft since it first came out. I’d like to say I’m “good” at it but unfortunately I’m not. So jealous of how amazing you are! Your building designs, the knowledge you have behind enchanting and such, and just how far you’ve gotten in such a short time when I’ve never even reached your level!! Love your channel
My family grows plants every year, a little tip: you should use products to keep insects off ur plants, but cucumbers shouldn't be infested since their leaves are kinda spiky. Never had trouble with infested cucumbers. Also make sure you tie your plants to a stick once they grow, it will prevent them from getting bent and sloppy.
This sucks having to wait for each episode to come out. I'm already addicted
I love how the villagers say good morning back when she came back from the mines happily almost like they knew they could trust her😭
Personally I LOVE the pastel color palette you're working with so far. It's so pretty and cute and adding the dark oak gives a Neapolitan ice-cream feel which is also lovely! :)
If you over water your tomato plants, the fruits will split when they grow. Split tomatoes generally go to waste as the wound leaves them susceptible to rot and pests. I'm not sure what kinds of pests you have where you live, but in the american mid-west we have trouble with tomato hornworms, which are the caterpillar of a hawk moth species. Hawk moths are big, and very cool, but the caterpillars can be quite destructive to a garden.
Absolutely LOVING this series Gem! Tomato tip, for extra and natural nutrients, put a banana peel in a mason jar and fill it with water. After a few days, use that water to water your tomatoes. This gives them a boost of nutrients to grow!
Regarding tomatoes, invest in a blacklight or UV flashlight.
Tomato hornworms are very difficult to spot during the day because of their incredible camouflage.
But at night, they glow under UV!
Yess! Another amazing episode of hardcore minecraft from Gem! :)
your pfp reminds me of rainbow from krew
@@fourfrombfdi4 Late reply here, but thats because it is! Im a kf anyways
LOVE THIS SERIES!! Can't wait for more episodes!
I painted some round rocks red, that makes birds and other animals think those are food, they will try to eat it, and it wont be edible so they don't eat the actual tomatoes, it doesnt stop all animals but it definitely helps! You'll also want to make sure that you don't water the plants in the middle of the day as the sun will evaporate some of the water, usually first thing in the morning or while the sun is lower in the sky at night worked for me! Oh, and don't water on top of the plants but instead by the base, the sun will bake your plants if you water on top of them. Hope this helps and your plants thrive!
Keeping tomatoes upright is very important. They will get much larger as they grow, and they tend to spread outward. Make sure that you don’t have too many plants in a single area, as this can cause problems. You may want to surround them in a cage of sorts, as animals sometimes like to eat the fruits. Remember not to harvest too late either. They should still be somewhat firm when you give them a little squeeze. They will ripen as needed. Best of luck!
Great video, Gem, I am glad I found your channel. I need to get my 10-year old daughter to watch your stuff too. We both like playing Minecraft, but she tends to get distracted by doing a lot of stuff that doesn't really help her in the end. I think your videos will inspire her to do a little more working and grinding, especially with the idea of helping out villagers and keeping the village safe while upgrading it. Keep 'em coming!
I loved last episode and I love this episode keep up the good work (ur my fav KRclipr!) Thanks for making these fun and cute videos! :)
Hi Gemmmm!!!! In me and my little brothers world we made stairs with the cobblestone so we didn’t have to hop ! Just some advice 😊
( *in the mines* )
First off, choose the ripest red and juicy ones; those babies are the goal! Second, when you're picking the tomatoes, hold the stem and twist it *gently* to avoid bruising. Finally, make sure to wash them thoroughly before you dig in, don't nobody got time for dirty tomatoes. 😂
Hey gem, for your tomatoes, they love sandy soil and drowned them, then let them dry out. Full sun too. I live in a desert and we get the best tomatoes 🍅.
I'm loving this series! Please Don't die
Love the Series Gem! ❤❤❤
But did anyone else have heart palpitations when she put the lava source in her brand new beautiful wood house before realizing that Fire tick must be off. LoL 😅
I absolutely love the whole vibe of the village as you shape it, but I am especially loving the enchant space! It feels so whimsical and the added detail of the fallen petals was just beautiful. You are the first hardcore minecraft I've tried to watch, mainly because I love your new life videos , so watching this come together is amazing!
I love your videos Gem ❤❤❤❤❤ You’re my favourite KRclipr! I already love this series! Also I really hope you see my comment! You inspired me too build more in Minecraft! ❤❤❤❤
I love how the village is turning out, also when it come to your tomatoes make sure they have plenty of sunlight and not to over water them, if your worried about nutrients try saving your egg shells and grinding/breaking them up to use them as fertilizer, it better to grind them so you can distribute them more easily.
Tomato gardening advice : when they grow tall and big (and they will get huge) make sure you have something like a bamboo stick to secure it too, cause it will help contain it and also help it grow nicely. Love your vids gem
