Ironic how Gem died in the nether, then got a fire-resistant origin, then died to fall damage, and THEN got an origin where she couldnt get hurt from a height!

That slime factory is super amazing! I love Create mod, and it doesn't have to be compact and efficient to work wonders. In fact, I think "inefficient" contraptions usually look way cooler.

I played as a similar origin in a singleplayer world, I recommend building a house with spots that only you can get you, using the "every block is bouncy" ability to get to said spots

20:15 When you are a slime, the whole world is your bouncy castle. 😂 I wonder if holding shift and getting some Swift Sneak leggies would be faster at going down stairs.
Alternatively, Gem could just make a hole that goes straight down to the lower levels (and maybe put a Farmer's Delight safety net at the bottom for anyone who isn't immune to fall damage 😅)

Create hurts my tiny little brain but my goodness is it really cool to see!! The slime farm looks AWESOME, and I can't wait to see what house you build over it. The slime origin may not have flight or teleportation, but being able to dye yourself rainbow and summon tiny friends is really cool. It's nice to see different abilities to everyone else on the server!

If I'm being honest I'm glad Gem doesn't have crazy teleportation or high flight or anything like that. The origins she gets bring out so much creativity from her that I get so excited to see how she can take each one and make it so unique and whimsical way to go Gem! You make slime sublime !

you should totally create paths between the bases which are themed according to your different lives; the paths could be themed to the base it leads to and could fade slowly into the other themed paths!

I hope you build a bouncy castle for your new house. You could use the blocks that Scott gave you, along with colored glass, if you want it to be a rainbow. And since going down stairs is annoying, maybe you could make a honey slide (like Impulse made in his illuminate shop).

It is quite mesmerizing watching create stuff work, and how it may look complicated to someone else but it fits perfectly into gem's mind.

I definitely want to see you make an entire build out of all the different transparent blocks! At first I was thinking a bouncy castle, but with the fact that there are more than just green transparent blocks I think seeing if there are more is a great idea!

You can make those sort of inflatable house things where you just bounce and bounce! 😂 Invite the other players over, give them the slime boots and have fun 🎉🎉

I think buildings with entrances that you need to bounce into would be pretty cool!

Those potions could be incredibly useful for getting out of caving easier and if you get into a sticky situation

20:17 very handy tip: if you hold shift (crouching) while falling you will not bounce but you will keep the ability to not take any fall damage.

For Create, if anything ever moves the wrong way. A gear shift is the solution, just give it power (redstone torch or lever) and it will reverse the direction rotations that go through it. :)

The satisfaction of building Create factories and contraptions is real. It might not make sense during construction, but once you’re done and you step back and watch it work, it’s the best feeling. Congrats on your factory!

For Create, if stuff is spinning the wrong way you can just stick a gear box in place of one of the shafts to spin it the other way!

you should make a slime sling they sling you so far. Usually, you use them with slime boots to prevent falldamage. But since you're a slime, it's even better.

Hey Gem! I was thinking, it would be so cool to make a place for your waystone and decorate a portion of the build for each origin you get!

I don't know if this will work or not, but try hitting shift as you land. It may help with the bouncing.

You should dip into the end before you start building since in this modpack there are two whole slime based biomes filled with slime based blocks perfect for building a slime based base/house.

The slime may not be very powerful (except for nametags), but it is fun! (Although I might get motion-sick with all that bouncing, myself)

I thought that origin was a bit annoying, but seeing you use it naturally changed my mind.
Why not build a bouncy castle and make it your base? Use bouncing pads to reach some floors, but leave access ladders for non-bouncy denizens of the server. It should look cool because, like slime, the castle would be translucent, and it would actually show chests and other furniture "floating" inside, as if it had gobbled it all. Extra points if you add a scary slime face on the back to warn others that the castle is alive, and could dissolve them if they don't behave inside.
I didn't know you could crush in a horizontal belt. Wow. Your machine is awesome. Maybe you are not a full redstoner, but you certainly are a create-er!

to easily farm bone meal you can use the hopper botany pots with flowers in and place composters underneath to create bone meal in a small area without any upkeep.

Starting to see a theme with Gem's origins here. First origin died in the nether. Second origin was basically immune to the nether. Second origin died to fall damage. Third origin is immune to fall damage.

That build is amazing! I really love that you did stretch it out - it makes it easier to see what's going on.

You mentioned making your base rainbow so i hope you can find transparent blocks in every color, it would look so cool! I also hope we get to see slime gem dyed every color. I also think itd be funny to confuse another player with the death messages lol

The joy of Create Contraptions is their glorious inefficiency. Making it compact is nice. Making it spread all over the countryside and take over everything is amazing!

See if you can get swift sneak (or someone can get it for you) since crouching kinda negates the skime bounce. That way, you can go down stairs like normal by shifting :]

Create industrial builds always come off as really cool-looking to... most of us, I think. Maybe your slime factory SHOULD become your slime origin's base- just make the factory as aesthetically-pleasing as you can now that the pieces are all working, give it some comfy side-rooms, maybe a storefront...

I love the slime origin!! It doesn't do much but no fall damage is great, and the colorful slime warriors look so pretty! Another thing i wish we have in vanilla...

I'd like to see a rusty metal factory on the bottom, and a wonderful rainbow slime palace on top. Maybe big colourful pipes as part of the theme, connecting the concepts together.

Gem should open a name tag and slime store considering she has an unlimited amount of each!

Hey so Gem, you said "why does everyone keep getting the cool origins that can fly and stuff?" meanwhile your origins have been my favourites. Wanna know why? Because you made a base matching each origin perfectly while keeping to your style and discovering new knowledge got to do with the origin which is really interesting. Some of the others on the server, such as jimmy, kept to the same style allthrough they're base and didn't discover much as their origin but rather just themself, which don't get me wrong, I love seeing that too, it's just more interesting to get to know new characters within a character instead of more of the character.... if that makes sense? Idk, I'm sorry if any of this seemed mean or harsh, I really don't intend on it being that way. I love love love this series and all the people of the server. It's actually because of this server that I now know of owenge, which I absolutely loved his first origin and the way he portrayed it. AAAAAAAAAAAANYWAY ima stop rambling here XD love ya gem, stay slaying

Brass funnels pass stacks, whereas andesite funnels pass individual items. Crushing wheels can process a stack at a time. So you could really up your rates just by substituting in brass funnels.

You gotta be careful with this origin because if you lose all your hearts, you'll get small and lose half your max hearts. Normally the only way to be big again as a slime would be to die, but that's out of the question here.

I love the silence of light music and anything when you build/craft thing, it adds a layer of comfort and a some asmr with it all which is very relaxing.

Slime seems like a lot of fun except the stairs. Maybe you should put in a cart and rail for accessibility

Possible thing i'd love to see for your slime base is the stained glass trick, making a multilayered slime pool. Maybe a parkour challenge over it that bouncy gem will have no trouble clearing?

That's a thing I love at create, once you are done automating something it really feels like an accomplishment... You have done something stead of putting stuff in a crafting table over and over again until one block dose kind of all the work

naturally, I think you should add a greenhouse to each origin home, it would be cool to see how you imagine a greenhouse based off each creature.

Try using water maybe to help yourself flow down stairs and eliminate the bouncing. That or just a falling-off point.

you could probably have scraped the like dye step by only farming sea pickles rather than cactus and white dye - i assume an observer could be used to detect what size the pickle patch is

Can slime Gem bounce on honey blocks. If she doesn't it could make a drop shoot a good alternative to going down stairs. Also curious if she bounces higher on slime than normal.

Holding jump usually cancels the bounce when falling onto a slime block, so maybe if you hold jump while descending stairs it won't be so awkward.

while the cactus and wheat is being used for materials any wheat, seeds, and cactus can be turned into bonemeal as well with composters

Yk it’s funny; so far every time Gem has died her new origin seems to relate to that death. Died in the nether: became a blaze. Died from fall damage: became a slime which cannot take fall damage. Just an odd pattern I noticed
